Danish substantive law shall apply. The application of conflict of law clauses or choice of law clauses shall be excluded. The venue for any claim shall be the Copenhagen City Court.

Appvestor services are intended for adults and Appvestor does not intentionally or knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18.

Appvestor may in our sole discretion change or terminate the Website.

The provisions in these Terms which by their nature are to survive termination of use of the Website, shall survive any termination, regardless of the reason, therefore.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Appvestor and you with regards to the Website.
